Our Core Responsibilities

Document Preparation Support:
On behalf of Cohen Group, our primary responsibility is to provide professional support, assistance, and preparation of the documents required by the Embassy / Consulate.

Guidance & Consultation:
We provide expert guidance and consultation throughout the visa documentation process to help ensure that all required documents are prepared in accordance with Embassy / Consulate requirements.

Eligibility and Priority Criteria

Meeting the minimum requirements is mandatory.
Preferred qualifications increase your chances of receiving an invitation.

Minimum requirements:

  • Age: 21–50 years
  • No criminal record
  • Good physical condition
  • Lack of Jewish roots and relatives in Israel
  • Able to work 10 hours/day, 6 days/week
  • Ability to follow safety rules
  • Respectful attitude and discipline

Preferred candidates:

  • 12+ months minimum passport validity
  • Technical or vocational education
  • International work experience
  • Basic English / Russian
  • Responsible team players
  • Category B/C license or forklift license
